It's easy.
Put fresh papaya, fresh watermelon (a lot), fresh ginger, fresh banana (or bananas you couldn't get to so froze days before, as we do), a little water, and a cucumber or as many as you want.
Blend!
Pour over organic brown and red rice mix, with peanuts, sesame seeds and chunks of papaya and banana.
Oh, and don't forget the yellow health coffee, and watch for monkeys.
