Preamble to the Constitution for the United Creatures of Earth

We, the 10^29 Living Creatures of Earth - the Fifth largest planet in the Solar System, the only planet in the Solar System known to harbor Life, and the third planet from the Sun, that being the source of energy around which Earth orbits once every 23.9 hours, and around which it completes one full rotation every 365.25 days at 23.4 degrees with respect to the plane of its orbit around the Sun, for which the yearly cycle of seasons are bestowed upon Us, and its Miraculous Life-Filled Oceans, covering nearly 70 percent of its surface, and its breathtaking, breath-giving Atmosphere which shields us from the powerful radiation of the Sun and protects us from meteoroids, and which now consists of 78 percent nitrogen, 21 percent oxygen, and 1 percent other gases such as argon, and carbon dioxide, the latter now at 410.28 ppm, higher than it has been for millions of years with the affect of impacting long-term climate and short-term local weather conditions and threatening all the Living Creatures - in Order to form a more perfect Union and make the Earth Great Again, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility for all Living Creatures, provide for the common defense of all Life, promote general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to All Creatures and our Posterity, do ordain and establish a Constitution for the United Creatures of Earth.
