Nearly everyone loves a fresh chunky guacamole, just perfect the style you like it.
Try this base recipe for a perfect snack.
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 tbsp virgin cold pressed olive oil
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Chili of Your preference
Finley chop the onion. Mush the avocados with fork or in machine, add lemon, olive oil and salt, chili. Stir with the onion. Done. Serve with your favourite veggie stick (celery, bell pepper, carrots, or alike.)
