You are biochemical reactions
Yes, indeed. Cristina’s favorite subject. She just can’t get enough of a good thing (and recently had a great few weeks in dialogue with the blossoming biochemist Sir L. Stubley), who sought to learn more about Ayurveda at one of our events, while at the same time gaining an understanding of how utterly miraculous it all is before he takes on University of Oxford, cello in hand and trusted knowledge in his body.
No matter where you look you will find a biochemical reaction in Nature and considering that we have som 40 trillion microbial cells and only the Creator of us knows how many virus live in and on us. What we do know is that we breath about 10.000.000.000.000.000 viruses and others in every breath, they circulate in our blood as you read this, and if you are eating they are packed in the food that will reach your biome in your gut.
You understand that in fact we are not who we were taught that we were. Who are we then? In our perspective and many with us we are Nature, which can be described as an never ending process of exchange. So this raises the question: do we have a choice?
Most of us Westerners want to believe we do, Easterners invented the concept of Karma and don’t want it. We simply ackknowledge that none has any clue, which liberates us in believing whatever makes you FEEL good and DO good.
“It all” being YOU.
So be Healthy and ALL will be healthy too.
