What does health(y) mean to you?

The first and most important part of the Body-Mind Health process is to define what health(y) means to you, even if at this very moment you have no idea what that is. All the healthy changes start at acknowledging and legitimizing the question itself and then marveling at how intriguing the path becomes when you can acknowledge what makes you feel healthy and minimize what makes you feel unhealthy.

Imagination is the first solution in any case.

You'll learn how the body and mind work, or don’t work, in our hyperactive and toxic society, and how to read your body and mind signals. Ultimately, only you know what's right for you. We support you all the way, including when you return home with our “back home support.” In this way we can help you better implement your new knowledge in the challenging environment you return to.

I am so lucky to have found you at a time of my greatest need. You have a gift for making people feel welcome.
Just about everything here was unforgettable. Thank you for putting us on the right track and changing our lives.
You have given and taught me so much whilst filling me with confidence to take on the world and be healthy. I feel absolutely blessed to have met you and spent almost three weeks in your company.
I could wax lyrical for hours about the Olive Retreat but suffice it to say I have returned home relaxed, refreshed, and full of ideas of how to stay that way.

When (if) you're ready, we're ready for you

We don't believe in accidents or mistakes, largely because if any one of our lives is either, then all those we touch and are touched by, and all those touched and touched by them, and on and on ad infinitum, would also be a mistake, and that's just too improbable to be true.

So, you've gotten this far in your search. Consider taking the next step and honoring us with your presence, with whom you are now and whom you are becoming, and open a door you'll never wish to go back on.

This has been the most wonderful experienece and journey that I will cherish for a very long time. You are all very good at what you do and have changed my life in such a positive way. I feel very priviliged to have met such lovely people and hope to see you guys again in the near future. I have learnt so much and will promise to pick your brains when I’m back home.
