Ray has more than 30 years of experience in communications, in the private and public sectors, in education and in health services. He has worked with groups and individuals of all shapes and sizes, from the most celebrated and hated global leaders in as many as 40 countries, to the poorest and most disenfranchised of our earthly home.

He has lived and worked in the USA, China, Lesotho, Saudi Arabia, Spain and Thailand.
