Whether you come to meditate or develop healthy eating and exercise habits, it's no difference. We are one. It's all connected, and the fragmented thinking that we are separate "parts" couldn’t be further from the truth, both biologically and psychologically. Think of it like this, If you eat crap food you will develop inflammation in your body, hence you won’t feel at peace. If you eat healthy food but don’t reduce your stress, you will eventually get sick. The most meditative food is healthy, vegan food.
