For some “retreat” means to get away, for others it means stay home. For us it’s whatever suits you. A retreat can be done everywhere and anytime as a stop, a recap, and a reflection of life. We offer stays in Thailand and in Spain, or you can stay in your setting and bring us to you in person or online. Whether we meet online or in person, the teaching is the same, so feel free to take your pick. If you opt for online training, below is a summary of the structure we start with, though where it goes is not always clear but always right for you.
demystify health - in 3 parts
Online retreats/training only requires an internet connection. You’ll receive material and literature, including our cookbook, to download at your leisure. We help you get the stuff you want - yoga mat, food, natural oils, supps, or whatever you need sent to you if you wish.
🍎Each home retreat/training is divided into three parts. When you send your full payment we make the schedule and send you a six page Health Questionnaire (1) to fill in and send back.
🍅Our first meeting online will be a Health Assessment (2) where we ask you to tell us your story.
🍉We set up a schedule for the Health Training (3) and we shape your training to meet your needs, and this is likely to be revised as we move along in the process. If you prefer single hours and the let us know to price fairly.

With a background in BI and stats, we see the trends in society and we dig to understand the agendas behind beliefs and how they affect us.
We know the amino acids you need in order for your body to create protein and when to eat what. We know what kind of exercise, sleep and rest you most likely would enjoy, but more importantly we know that your body (and subconscious mind) know best what is right for you, as clearly as nature adapts and knows what’s best for nature.

Our belief is that nature knows better than us in general, and that what we as humans have achieved is to figure nature out. That’s all good, but when we think that we know it all and even know better than nature, we forget nature, and us being part of it, and by default we go wrong sooner or later. Human history is packed with examples of wrong doings that were believed to be right for an extended time. We suggest that we don’t know, but we can watch and build a perfectly healthy life around that fact.
Food is where we start, and our food is fast and easy to make with a few tricks and tweaks, and always good for you and for the environment. Nothing goes to waste, not water or electricity or lives, it’s 21st century food. Yes, this is (if anything) what is going to save our Earth, the total integration from nature, farmers, production to digestion. It’s crucial and the more people who eat and cook healthy, environmentally friendly food, the faster we can save ourselves from pollution, pandemics and other catastrophes.
The first thing that comes to most peoples' mind when seeking to become healthy is to change their diets, then comes exercise. When you join a retreat or online retreat we dig into finding our what is stopping us from doing what we say we want. The shorter training gives you a practical learning and a scientific perspective. You’ll see that it's overwhelmingly clear that a vegan diet is the only way to go. Our own personal experience in this field confirms all that data, that for the best results in all we do, including in our sports activities, we have to eat vegan or as close to it as possible. This is why we started offering healthy vegan cooking classes, and why since then many, including restaurants, personal chefs, and other professionals have come to us to learn to cook healthy vegan food.

not all vegan is healthy, but we are
Soda and crisps are also vegan, so what kind of vegan food is healthy? We teach you about the options, taking in account factors like taste (and why its so important to respect), personal metabolism, health issues, cooking skills and time limitations in a hectic daily life. Once you know how easy it is, and delicious and fast, you’ll be surprised you ever doubted.
Not all ways of cooking and eating are healthy either. When the cooking is too fast or too long or when you eat while the digestion is not ready to metabolize, it can be tweaked to be better. We adapt to each person, so if you are into food or not there is something for you. For those who aren’t, you’ll learn to make 5 minute healthy meals, and for those who are into cooking, you will learn how to keep it healthy in spite of cooking.
natural selection is to respect (one’s) nature
Nutrition is very important, but it's not everything. How you eat is equally important. Our program combines the best health tips, such as the right food with a specific exercise, sleep and rest pattern, and adapt it to a homo sapiens living in the 21st century, facing new pandemics and more pollution.
In the morning we prefer a set of habits for each Dosha (step 1) such as specific morning Pranayamas (breathing techniques), and specific spices, sometimes more sometimes less, to maximize a daily detox. We know to respect different needs. In the end the results speak for themselves and we teach you to read them well. We use many theories but like Ayurveda, Orthomolecular Medicine (micro-nutrients) and basic biochemistry to figure it out.
We go through the science of food. Questions like how much protein should we have, what fat is good, should we take supplements - are all answered with the latest science and a lot of evidence and common (non-profit) sense, and last but not least we show you how to ask your specific body what is right, the answer of which is most likely different from others’. There is no one size fits all, and all levels of knowledge are welcome.
